Olga Pronina was born in Astrakhan. She graduated from the Astrakhan State Conservatory, the special piano department, and from St. Petersburg State University, where she completed master's degree program "Art Criticism (History of Art). Organ. Harpsichord. Carillon".
She taught organ and special piano classes in educational institutions of St. Petersburg and Astrakhan.
From 2010 to 2021 Olga Pronina worked in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Astrakhan region.
In 2015, she became the head of the Department for the Development of Professional Art and Education of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Astrakhan Region.
In July 2021, Olga Pronina was appointed to the position of Assistant Artistic Director – the Head of touring, project and creative activities.
