In the framework of cooperation between the Astrakhan Region and the Republic of Serbia, a creative delegation is sent to Belgrade. The artistic director of the Astrakhan State Opera and Ballet Theatre Valery Voronin and the artists of the theatre are the members of this delegation. The main task of the Astrakhan delegation visit to Belgrade is the strengthening of friendly, cultural, international ties between the two fraternal countries - Russia and Serbia. On May 5, artists of the Opera and Ballet Theatre will perform a chamber music concert in the Big Hall of the Russian Center for Science and Culture "Russian House" in Belgrade. Romances of Russian composers Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and instrumental music by Mozart will be performed.
Elena Razgulyaeva (soprano) - laureate of national and international competitions, the leading soloist of the Astrakhan Opera and Ballet Theatre, the guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, numerous nominee for the National Theatre Award "The Golden Mask"; Guzal Tagieva (piano) - laureate of national and international competitions, a concert pianist, and the String Quartet of the Theatre will take part in the concerts. The quartet includes the musicians of the symphony orchestra: laureates of the national and international contests - Denis Kostylev (first violin), Valentin Rulev (second violin), Julia Kuhar (viola), Alexandra Starkova (cello).
