The concert will feature soloists of the Astrakhan state theatre of Opera and Ballet Elena Razgulyaeva, Irina Belaya, Mikhail Kukharev, Elena Malysheva, Konstantin Sklyarov, Alexander Malyshko, Ruslan Sigbatulin.
