June 13, 19:00 in the State Academic Capella (St. Petersburg) a concert will be held in memory of professors of the St. Petersburg Conservatory Tatiana Nemkina and Ravil Martynov.
The concert will be attended by soloists of the Mariinsky and Bolshoi Theater, a chorus of students from the St. Petersburg Conservatory. The program includes works by Falik, Sviridov, Slonimsky, Taneyev, Wagner, Kikty, Massenet, Klinichev.
The concert will be a symphony orchestra of the St. Petersburg State Philharmonic for children and youth. The People’s Artist of Russia, Professor Valery Uspensky and Artistic Director of the Astrakhan Opera and Ballet Theater and Principal Conductor Valery Voronin will be the conductors of the performance.
The principal conductor of the Astrakhan Theater is a guest conductor of the Astana Opera Opera and Ballet Theater, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan.For many years he has been collaborating with Petersburg teams, the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra and the Parma Royal Theater. He conducted concert programs with such famous musicians and vocalists as V. Repin, A. Markov, D. Shapovalov, Y. Marusin, H. Gerzmava, R. Vargas, and others at various festivals. The Maestro is often invited to work with prestigious orchestras in England, Italy and China.
