Chopin's music will sound in Astrakhan

On April 28 and 29, the Astrakhan State Opera and Ballet Theater will present the premiere: the ballet "Le Pari". It is dedicated to the genius composer and pianist Fryderyk Chopin and begins in the Parisian period of Chopin's life, when he fell in love with George Sand. The author of the idea and choreographer is the chief choreographer, People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Gudanov.

In the premiere performance "Le Pari", the works of the brilliant composer will be performed by the famous French pianist Francois Dumont. The first part will feature works by Chopin written during his years in Paris: Nocturne op. posth. in c # minor, Barcarolle op.60, Valses op.64 n.1 and 2, Ballade n.3, Nocturne op.48 n.1, Berceuse op.57, Scherzo n.3.
