It is not the first time the Astrakhan Opera and Ballet Theater has been touring, although it is always exciting to perform in Moscow on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater. This event is a great honor for us.
The preparation for the performance was fast and efficient. On the day of arrival, the artists had to have a rehearsal immediately, and the light projections and sound were done at night. Nevertheless, a great team of the staff of the Bolshoi Theater, the Astrakhan Opera and Ballet Theater and the “Seeing Music” project coped with the task, and the opera was performed at the top level and with a full house. Our "Rigoletto" was rightfully greeted with a standing ovation of the admiring audience. Congratulations on the triumph of the production team and the performers!
